I like to take care of my health, and not everything points to the physical, I am interested in improving my health, psychologically and spiritually.I practice meditation to control all my feelings and feel good, with this one of its benefits is to make better decisions, and face any daily difficulty with serenity, certainty and security, that will be reflected in my daily environment for my personal and professional life.I like cooking and with it selecting what is best for my body and feeling good in everything that encompasses it, because it should be said that we are what we eat.

Personality

Pleasant and interesting, two words with which people define me.I like to keep calm and harmony generating a good atmosphere with people, that's why respect for other people is one of the things that from an early age they instilled in me, to be tolerant and empathetic, I like to be kind and offer the best to others "love each other", the best words to live peace and a better quality of life.

Chasing the target

One of my biggest goals is to be a high-level athlete, I love bodybuilding, I want to say that I am a person whose greatest quality is discipline and perseverance, therefore I focus totally on evolving my physique and becoming one day in the future, in IFFB Pro, and being able to compete with high-level athletes... likewise since I entered Flirt4Free, I want to boost my career as a model beyond my physical I want to be a good model for what I am as a human being.
