the last two times I was trying to get cam 2 cam to work, using the cam2cam test page, I received an error: "Failed to fetch broadcast id: getBroadcastId error: Authentication was rejected by chat system". This was never shown to me before. My cam always worked and I didn't change anything about my setup or browser. I cleared cache and cookies but it doesn't help.

The message went on saying: "You may be already broadcasting in a different browser window or starting and stopping the cam2cam interface too quickly.", but I have no other browser window open. I was seeing the same messages earlier already. Is there any way to fix this problem? My webcam is definitely working.

Hi, the problem still persists. Are you working on fixing it? When will I be able to use C2C again?

It still says I am broadcasting in another window but that's not the case. I tried with multiple browsers (emptying cookies & cache). It happens in chrome and firefox (newest version), so I guess it must be somehow an issue related to my account rather than to my browser ... ? Quote
