I found the new format very difficult to use on my phone. The Image was a close up rather than the entire feed and could not find anywhere to resize. It appears that there is no longer an emoji function as well. I had to use the go back to old version to use it. I could find no tutorial. I very much enjoy F4F but this change does not enhance the experience for me.

Saphia, this is a suggestion, and I've said this to a few people, who have done this. Instead of posting two before two hours, you could've "Edit" to have only the one. Maybe, if the new, and improved mobile service is happening with, and on the IPhone, and IPad, there, and will be adjustments made for it to be suitable, and accessible on the both of them.

Not thrilled with the new format. I am hit & miss on entering rooms, when I can get in, I can not keep track of the chat in progress. If I change to the old format, the chat box does not scroll & gets stuck, & I need to select the tip button to remove myself from the emoji screen to send my msg. Also in the new version I can not go to the models profile, as soon as I touch the picture I am taken straight to the chat room. In the new version the profile pictures are bigger, which is almost a plus, until I attempt to scroll to look at different pictures & BAM! I am in a room I do not want to be in.

I was able to get in on iPad on a different browser. Safari seems to work, but I Puffin doesn’t

Another issue...once you turn sound on, I don't see a way to turn it off, and when you go to other rooms, it's still on. Maybe refreshing browser resets it? Haven't tried that yet, but on mobile sometimes refreshing makes me login again.

Thankfully the old chat system is still an available option.

While I like the cleaner look on the new mobile feature, the screen seems to close up so I'm unable to enjoy a full view of who is in front of me - well that at least has been my experience.

Here's hoping the (long overdue) C2C on mobile is also in the works for mobile devices!

Usually, for, and on new computer programs that have came out, there are glitches, and whatever else happening. Before anything else, I think the best thing to do is wait to see when, and if they get corrected including able to use the new mobile interface on a tablet, too.

For those of you reporting issues of the video being too close up, please be aware that this is just in portrait view. If you flip the phone to landscape view you will be able to see the full wide view of the video. We appreciate everyone's feedback on our new mobile interface. Enjoy! :)

I have tried that and it stays close up. My iPad is always landscape and it makes no difference the same on my phone. I turn it to landscape it does not change, it’s still close up.
