This new chat interface has broken your site. Please roll back to the prior interface so that the site becomes usable again and to give yourselves a chance to work out the bugs before re-implementing the new interface. Currently VSJason is attempting to assist me but this issue has been going on for a week. This is becoming ridiculous. Also your "Contact Support" form is broken and you are not receiving emails that are reporting problems.

To all:
The CPM area above the video should be working correctly now. It should be displaying the way it used before the update. The grey users on/off switch should be working correctly as well.
Please let me know if you guys have any other issues?

Hi kuzman,
We tested this issue when you brought it up and the grey user controls are working for us in all browsers and remembering preferences. If you have deleted your cookies the site wont save your settings until you set them again.
Can you clear your cache (just in case you aren't seeing the latest updates)and try this again? If you are still having problems let us know which browser and OS your running?

When model clears/resets the chat screen, sometimes the chat screen remains blank - unable to see new chat/tips/boosts/etc - until you re-enter the room or refresh the browser (for firefox and ie).

Chat settings seem to not work. I have text bubbles off and everytime I open up a window, I see chat bubbles ON. I click on the settings and they say OFF. Have to turn it ON then back to OFF to get rid of them everytime.

In iOS, while in a room in public, if model window is double tapped, it brings up the live broadcast full size vid (nice feature!) but then upon the return to chat, the screen reverts to landscape mode even in portrait setting, causing the chat window to be squished all the way on the right hand side with i guess a refresh the only way to get it back to portrait mode. Tilt it anyway ya want, but it stays in landscape. Quote
