I take some exception with this offer amount's time limitation. The 20% offers I can understand spreading the love with limited availability but 25% is so rarely offered, maybe twice this year. If it has been offered more often it must be similar to 6/26 time frame, which means it is not being spread around for all to benefit at different times. Disappointing!

I agree completely... My local time to be able to enjoy this 25% offer is between 2am to 6am.
Who in my time zone would purposely wake up at this hour for this special offer for VIPS?

As they mentioned in a prior post, they rotate them on time zones. Hopefully they will continue this good promo in each of the other time zones as well.

I acknowledged the rotation but this 25% and the most recent 20% hit my time zone at inopportune times. Simply acknowledging that in my post. If they are not going to please everyone all the time let it not be the same other-ones two times in a row.
